As the drive belt is a vital part of the car, replacing it regularly is a must. The life expectancy is usually after 80000 Km or if it is showing any sign of deformities or cracks.
In general A-c filter should be replaced between 20000 – 30000 Km.
Once you hear squealing or whistling noise, you may need to clean the brakes or change it depends on it is condition. So it is better that you regularly inspect your brakes.
